Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh is a famous Indian actor born on 17 October 1992. Her films are mainly made in Tamil or Telugu however she is in some Malayalam ones. She received the National Film Award as Best Actress in 2018 in the role of actress Savitri and her role in the Telugu film Mahanati. In addition, she has received three SIIMA Awards and a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar is the child of film producer G. Suresh Kumar, and actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her career began in early 2000s, as a young actor. She returned to the film industry following her study of fashion. She played her first major part in Geethaanjali (2013), a Malayalam feature film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy has signed her first Tamil projects in 2015 and began to accept projects outside of Malayalam. Her debut film was A. A. Vijay's romantic comedic Idhu Enna Maayam (2015), opposite Vikram Prabhu. The film was not a success in the theater. It was necessary to withdraw of a variety of projects she was working on in 2015, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye, and Deekay's Kavalai Vedam in order to allow for larger projects. In a short time she collaborated with Sivakarthikeyan on Rajini Murugan, Remo and also played the lead on Prabhu Sool's Thodari along with Dhanush. Her Telugu debut had been planned to be titled Ainaa Ishtam nuvvu. The film has been being delayed from 2015 with reports of release after September, 2020 with a brand name change to Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja was released in 2016 and starred actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy first appeared in Bairavaa with Vijay and directed by Bharathan.
